Return and Refund Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from BOHOS BAIT LAB.
Returns
You may request a return within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be:
- unopened and unused;
- in its original sealed packaging;
- in the same condition in which it was received.
Opened or used groundbait products are not eligible for return unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
To request a return, please contact us at bohosbaitlab@gmail.com and include your order number and the reason for the return.
Please do not send a product back before contacting us and receiving return instructions.
Return Shipping
For returns made because the customer changed their mind, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
If you received an incorrect, damaged, or defective product, please contact us and we will work with you to arrange an appropriate resolution. Where the issue is our responsibility, reasonable return shipping costs will not be charged to the customer.
Original shipping charges are not refundable for change-of-mind returns.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order when it arrives.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, contact us as soon as possible at bohosbaitlab@gmail.com. Please include your order number and photographs showing the issue when possible.
We will review the situation and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement, refund, or other suitable resolution.
Refunds
Once an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method. The time required for the refund to appear in your account may depend on your bank or payment provider. Shopify refunds are returned through the original payment method.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
If the order has not yet been shipped, we will make reasonable efforts to cancel it. Once an order has been shipped, the regular return conditions above apply.
Legal Rights
Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies available to consumers under applicable Canadian or Ontario consumer protection laws.
