Shipping Policy

BOHOS BAIT LAB currently ships orders within Canada.

Order Processing

Orders are normally processed and prepared for shipment within 1–5 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or statutory holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Shipping Carrier and Services

Orders are shipped using Canada Post. Available shipping services may include:

• Expedited Parcel
• Xpresspost

Available services and shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the delivery address, package size, and order weight.

BOHOS BAIT LAB does not currently offer free shipping unless specifically stated as part of a promotion.

Delivery Estimates

Estimated delivery times shown at checkout are provided by Canada Post and begin after the order has been processed and accepted by the carrier.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by destination, weather, holidays, seasonal shipping volume, service interruptions, or other circumstances outside our control.

Tracking

When tracking is available for your shipment, tracking information will be provided after the order has been shipped.

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at bohosbaitlab@gmail.com. We will make reasonable efforts to correct the address before shipment. Once an order has been transferred to the carrier, changes may no longer be possible.

If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be shipped again.

Delayed, Lost, or Damaged Shipments

If your shipment appears to be significantly delayed, is believed to be lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us at bohosbaitlab@gmail.com with your order number and relevant details.

We will work with Canada Post to investigate the shipment and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement, refund, or other resolution in accordance with our Refund Policy and applicable law.

Delivery Area

At this time, online shipping through BOHOS BAIT LAB is available within Canada only.
